After retiring from the Navy, Scott spent 20 years teaching at Wentworth Military College, and another three years at Missouri Military Academy as Chair of the Philosophy and Language Department.Peripheral to his teaching career, in 2008, Scott stumbled upon the “Sierra Sounds”, which he now calls “The Berry/Morehead Tapes” in which he recognized that the creatures were speaking a complex Human-like Language

NASA/JPL Moon and Mars Photos: An Unappreciated Resource in the Battle for Disclosure

For almost as long as human beings have been sending artificial satellites into the stratosphere, then into deeper space, we have been sending up artificial satellites which carry cameras. These invaluable tools now routinely capture the formation of galaxies as well as the surfaces of neighboring and distant planets, moons, and asteroids.
We both learn from such photographs and appreciate them for their wonder and beauty. But among the countless images taken from spacecraft over the past decades, there is a small archive’s worth which NASA/JPL prefers we not dwell on, the ones which seem to show the presence of intentional structures, intelligent activity, even objects on the surfaces of the Moon, Mars, Mars’ moon Phobos, and the occasional asteroid. Such images started coming to public attention in the sixties with a core of outstanding researchers involved along the way.
Not surprisingly, and much in the manner that problematic UFO photos have been responded to by officialdom since 1947, any seeming anomalies lurking on planetary or lunar bodies remain explainable by NASA in either photographic or scientific terms. Even if they really cannot be explained. In this presentation, Peter Robbins turns, or returns our attention to this extremely important area of investigation. In this Photoshop-driven era, we establish the reliability of the images to be viewed, this as we appreciate that people instinctively like finding recognizable imagery in the randomness of nature, be it in the form of a cloud shaped like a lamb, or in the form of what may or may not be a city on the surface of Mars. If anything, Robbins along with others is convinced there are detectable alterations in some pictures that logically could only have been made prior to their public release.
The implications for humanity represented by these images is obvious. Their place in the Disclosure process can be significant if both their reality and authenticity can be brought to the attention of an increasingly UFO/UAP informed and interested public. To paraphrase the late great nuclear physicist and ufologist Stanton T Friedman, the question is not, do such anomalies represent signs of intentional construction, mining operations, towers, structures, settlements, or bases of one kind or another. The question is, does even a single one of them convincingly demonstrate such allegations? The answer to which is an overwhelming yes. PowerPoint illustrated.

Bio:
Dan Terry is a Missouri Native, a Coast Guard Veteran, and a survivor of 34 years of police work. Dan started ghost hunting before it was popular, starting in 1979 and inspired by the television exploits of Kolchak: The Night Stalker.

He has been one of the first investigators in several places, including the haunted John Busch Brewery, The Fox Theater in St. Louis, Mo., the Gasconade County Courthouse in Hermann, Mo., and the Hermann Police Station and City Hall in Missouri, in addition to many other places. Since 2006, he has written for local newspapers, Haunted Times magazine, and is currently a staff writer for UnX Magazine.
Additionally, Dan has written several books including Missouri Shadows, River Shadows, Too Ornery To Die, and Supernatural Washington, all of which reveal not only his own interest in the paranormal, but his own supernatural adventures as well.

Bio: Martha Hazzard Decker is a retired police detective and assistant chief of police. Decker attended Bill Blackwood Law Enforcement Management Institute for command staff training. She also received training on statement analysis. Martha is a Texas law enforcement certified instructor, was a SWAT member and negotiator as well as a rescue diver. Her specialty was domestic terrorism and crimes against children. Decker was also on the North Texas Anti-Terrorism Task Force. She also is retired from the State of Texas where she worked as a special investigator. She investigated serious cases of child abuse and child death along with being on the speaker panel and on the Anti-Human-Trafficking Task Force. Decker has been a process server for 13 years. She was a volunteer firefighter where she was the training coordinator and public information officer. Decker was the lead SCUBA diver on the dive tesm. Recently, she again became a volunteer firefighter. Decker has been a private investigator. She is an award-winning journalist, best-selling author, and published photographer. Decker is the founder of East Texas Paranormal and considered an empath. She has investigated the unexplained for over 30 years. Decker investigates a variety of paranormal or supernatural cases with private individuals and businesses. She works with law enforcement agencies regarding unsolved crimes and missing persons. Decker and her team have investigated possible activity for several cities. She recently completed the first book in a three-part series on Haunted Hill House in Mineral Wells, TX. Jaci and Bill Kousoulas are Phenomenology Research Professionals (PRP). We are the authors of "Bridging the Tragedy," a psychological study based upon the 1967 Silver Bridge Disaster in Point Pleasant, WV, Mothman, and post-traumatic growth, a phenomenon that often occurs after tragedy. We are qualitative researchers who seek to understand the connections between psychology, spirituality, and the paranormal by applying the scientific method.
Bill’s interest in the paranormal began in the late seventies with the original Project UFO television series. In 2003, he was introduced to "The Mothman Prophecies" movie, and it changed his life. Jaci is a retired USPS Postmaster and a current business owner/operator. She specializes in research, data analytics, and “connecting the dots” between intuition, perception, and reality. She is a first-hand paranormal experiencer, including UFOs, disembodied voices, apparitions, and psychic phenomena.
In March 1, 2024, we embarked upon our next study, which investigates the relationship(s) between trauma and paranormal experiences. Mindy Tautfest is a published author, speaker, and television personality known for her work in UFO investigations. She serves as the curator of the Hayden C. Hewes International UFO Bureau (IUFOB), which has investigated notable cases such as the Heaven’s Gate Cult and President Jimmy Carter's UFO sighting. In 2023, Tautfest recovered and digitized the IUFOB files, preserving decades of research. With a professional background as an ICU nurse and experience in disaster relief efforts, Tautfest contributes her expertise to the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) as the Dean of MUFON University and National Director of Training. Her investigations, including the 1975 Miracle Mountains Schoolyard Encounter, have garnered national attention.
In addition to her extensive contributions to UFO research, Mindy Tautfest is an active member of the Hollywood Disclosure Alliance which enhances her collaborative efforts and expands the reach of her investigations. Tautfest's personal Near Death Experience (NDE) in 2016 has fueled continued exploration of the connections between NDEs and UFO encounters, furthering the work of Dr. Kenneth Ring’s Omega Project. Her book, "Dying to Meet Them: One Woman's Incredible Journey from NDE to UAP," delves into these phenomena. She resides in Oklahoma City with her family, where she continues her work in current UFO investigations while archiving significant investigations of the past.

Deepwater Alien Residents
Seventy percent of the Earth is covered by water, yet as stated by NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association) “We have explored less than 5% of our vast underwater frontier.” Sightings of unidentified aeronautical craft hovering over oceans and seas as well as descending and ascending sometimes at near impossible speeds by our standards, have been documented for centuries. It is time to address the unseen activity of those craft while descended deep below the water surface.
While researching and interviewing witnesses, I discovered that some abductees during hypnotic regression recalled being taken underwater to what they described as underwater bases or cities. Many abductees recall being taken and sometimes being returned. Under regression theory, some recall being submitted to medical exams, are able to describe “strange beings or creatures” and experience missing time. I interviewed multiple abductees, none of which recall the trip to or from where they were taken. I assume this “memory erase” is done as a means of keeping the Earth location, wormhole, or interdimensional access concealed. Diligently, I continued my research and was fortunate to find twelve very documented cases of abductees who describe an ocean and underwater experience.

She is currently a MUFON Star Team Investigator, Missouri State Director, a member of the MUFON Business Board of Directors, the Functional Director of Underwater Research and Recovery, a member of the MARRS Team, a Benefactor, co-founder of the MUFON Dive Team, a PADI Instructor, and small business owner in Imperial, Missouri.
She has made multiple Podcast, Conference and TV appearances, including as a consultant on two episodes of “Alien Highway”, appeared on two episodes of “Alaska Triangle”, appeared on the 2021 Discovery+ series “Roswell the Final Verdict” and in 2024 on an episode of “Ancient Aliens”. In 2017 she was awarded both the “Roswell Incident Excellence Award” by the Roswell Daily Record, and MUFON “Field Investigator of the Year”. In 2023 Debbie was also awarded the MUFON Chapter of the year award for the state of Missouri. Most recently, Debbie appeared as a guest speaker and panelist at the 2024 MUFON Symposium in Dallas, TX and will speak later this month on October 26th and 27th at the Arkansas Paranormal Expo in Little Rock Arkansas.
In 2021 she released her first book “The Alien Colonization of Earth’s Waterways”, and in April 2023, released her second book “The 50th Anniversary of the SE Missouri Ozarks UFO Flap” which she co-authored with Margie Kay. Debbie is currently working on her third book “Deep Water Alien Residents” to be released in early 2025.
